Due to the nature of our product being hand made in Africa, we request that orders are placed 8 weeks in advance of receiving.

 

In most cases, we have stock on hand. For larger and custom orders, there is a potential for delays due to busy ordering times or supply and shipping issues.

 

Delivery times are slowly returning to normal, however, some destinations are still subject to transit/delivery delays. This depends on your country’s current status. Most of the postal services are still experiencing transit/delivery delays because of limited airline capacity, government restrictions and important safety measures, including employee absences, customs procedures, and the extra volume of packages now in transit. But they are working hard to collect, process, and deliver mail/parcels in unprecedented times.
